Project Management
Lanstone Conservation has a dedicated and specialist Project Manager who is responsible for seeing through all projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager is immensely visible, and regularly goes on-site wherever that may be to oversee the work in hand, liaising between the client, architect and site staff. With the support of our two Site Managers this enables the Project Manager to keep abreast of daily activities and progress.
